Service and operator
email_sender helps you send personalized emails through Gmail. The service operator is dnnn.site. This policy explains how the app handles Google account information, message content, and recipient data.
Information and permissions
Google sign-in provides your verified email address and OAuth access and refresh tokens. The openid and email scopes identify your account; gmail.send authorizes sending messages on your behalf. The app does not request access to read your inbox or contacts.
Messages and spreadsheets
We process the company name, logo URL, subject, body, recipient email addresses, and spreadsheet values you provide. Excel/CSV files are parsed in your browser. When you send, the template and individual recipient data are submitted to the server. Attempt logs retain these snapshots, timestamps, status, error details, and Gmail message identifiers.
How information is used
Information is used to authenticate you, prepare and preview personalized messages, send them on your instruction, display results, and perform retries you request. Google user data is not sold, used for advertising, or used to train general-purpose AI models.
Storage and security
Drafts and language preferences are saved in browser localStorage. OAuth tokens are held in an encrypted HTTP-only session cookie. The cookie lasts up to seven days; Google may expire or revoke tokens sooner. User profiles, first and latest login times, login counts, authorization events, and send logs are stored in MongoDB by account. OAuth tokens are not stored in these records. Saved templates (including company details, message content, and field definitions, but not recipient rows) are stored in MongoDB by account until you delete them using the template controls. MongoDB hosting processes this data to provide storage. There is currently no automatic expiry for server logs. Hosting infrastructure may maintain technical access logs.
Sharing and service providers
Messages you authorize are transmitted to Google Gmail and your selected recipients. Hosting providers process data needed to operate the service. Google Fonts and external logo URLs may receive ordinary connection information, such as your IP address, when loaded. Information may also be disclosed where required by law or necessary to protect service security.
Your controls and deletion
Signing out removes the session cookie in this browser; it does not delete drafts or server logs. Clear this site’s browser data to remove local drafts. Revoke access using your Google Account connections settings. To request access to or deletion of server-held data, use the contact below. We will need to verify account ownership. This app cannot recall or erase copies of messages already delivered to recipients.
Policy changes
We will update this page when the service or its data practices change. Material changes will be communicated within the app.
