Terms of Service
Last updated: November 1, 2026
About these terms
email_sender is operated by dnnn.site. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Accounts and permissions
Connect only a Google account you are authorized to use. You are responsible for account and device security. Sending requires Gmail sending permission. Google’s terms, quotas, and any organization administrator restrictions also apply.
Acceptable use
Use the service only for lawful, authorized communications. Spam, phishing, fraud, impersonation, malicious content, and infringement are prohibited. You are responsible for having the right to use recipient data, obtaining necessary consent, and complying with applicable privacy and messaging laws.
Your content and instructions
Review templates, variables, payroll data, recipients, and previews before sending. You retain rights to your content and authorize us to process, store, and transmit it only as necessary to provide the service. You are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of your messages.
Sending, retries, and availability
Sent status means Gmail accepted the request; it does not guarantee delivery or reading. Check Gmail Sent before retrying an unknown or interrupted attempt. Sending again can create duplicate emails. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or delivery.
Ending use
You may stop using the service and revoke Google access at any time. Access may be suspended for misuse, security risks, legal requirements, or provider restrictions. Data deletion is described in the Privacy Policy.
Limitations and changes
The service is provided as available. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for indirect losses, lost profits, incorrect user-provided data, or third-party service interruptions. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. Material changes will be communicated within the app.
